1989. In the 640. Speaking of which When was the first year that the F-1 gear box came out? Was it in the 355?

So happy for you. 550/575 is my personal dream car. Sedate - if any Ferrari could be. Enjoy her.
A hint, perhaps, on the clutch. Those early F1s are kinda learning disabled. If you drive aggressively on the street - think constant red line shifts - the system learns to shift fast and drop clutch hard. Problem arises, later, when you are turning
into a parking space. Car is trying to shift like it is in F1 race and you’ve got minimum throttle and a tight lock on the wheel. That eats clutches.
Two solutions- don’t ALWAYS drive it like you stole it. Or, periodically reset the system memory.
Or, don’t park in parking lots.
In any case, enjoy. Always loved that car. Followed a 550 around road Atlanta in a challenge car, he was behind a 360. It has more body roll than the 360, but with a talented driver, comfortable with the limits, it could stick to the same racing line.
Of course the power is unending and seamless in the 550/575.
And, in the street, no comparison. Could drive the 12 all day and get back into it to drive to dinner!
You enjoy it buddy. I’m a bit jelly that you get two and I get zero. But I’m working on it.
Got ANOTHER new Civic last night. Was hit and last new one was totaled. Had its twin delivered
Must say that car is amazing. Perfect vehicle for my 30 mile commute
Peace brother.

Ok so it’s been in the high 80’s here in Atlanta
Highway surface temperature over 95 plus
The car is black on black and hey I am not white so the A/C is gotta work
And low and behold it’s a cold one
Very impressive to say the least
The motor temps in stop and go traffic are great as well
Looks like Ferrari finally did there homework with regards to keeping these V-12 cool
Nothing anywhere close to the 512 motor temps
In transmission auto mode pretty smooth shifting
The car had a new clutch installed a while back and the car only has 26K on it
So I don’t know what the previous owner was doing ? Drag racing?
Anyway my drivers seat stopped working, I know it’s a fuse
And you will never guess where they put the fuse box on this car
Passenger side, remove foot carpet, unlock panel
It’s like they stole a page from the circuit breakers panel on the F-14!
I will let Rick cover that one
Anyway that’s it for now
Plan on doing an oil change soon so look for that report
Gotta go guys
Later and thanks for all the great support
