That is prob when Marcel started working from home!

I wouldn’t wish a $40k Conti GT on anyone…

You’re right its not a Ferrari, it’s actually screwed together properly and made it all the way through APQP Phase 5 rather than being sold to the public in early phase 3...

And the name may not mean much to you, but it is the car Marcel Massini had as his daily driver...

Sure, that works if speed is the only consideration.  But it isn't a Ferrari.

If you just have $40k to go fast, look at a Bentley Continental GT, post 2005.  You should be able to break the 200 mph mark.  You’ll be able to have a choice of colors at that price point.

Still expensive to service, but cheaper than a Ferrari.  So reliable that the dealerships actually complained about the lack of service fees compared to the Arnage...

You were right the second time.  It is rated for 192 MPH.  That is only 10 MPH less than a 575!!!  For $40k....LOL.

A friend here in Seattle recently bought a gorgeous 1999 456M GT, w/6-spd manual trans. that was on BaT.

Can't wait to see it.  It's Rosso Barchetta and tan.

Exactly.  For higher priced 456s I have seen cars with major interior flaws and issues with the active suspension.  This seems way better at a crazy price point.  If is clears a good PPI, that is a great deal.  Not sure I like black, however.

Certainly "looks" as though it's been taken care of.
