Yes, the 308QV had up-rated motors and fan blades.  Call T.Rutland's for
details and prices.  

The other method is to replace both motors with an aftermarket fan system.
Do an archive search on www.ferrarichat.com for details on brands and
methods of installation.


I think the quickest and easiest thing to do would be to just to pull the
existing motor out, and have it rebuilt at an electric motor shop...check
the phone book in Montreal, I'm sure you have a few options.
