Thanks, Brian.  From most feedback I've gotten so far, $100k will buy a
perfect one with fewer than 10k miles.  Just out of curiosity, I called two
dealerships.  Each had a black one, with 12k miles and 14k miles.  Asking
prices were $105k and $99k, and salesmen at both were fairly screaming for
"an offer, just make an offer".  I suspect that as autumn sets in and the
new S/CL class rolls out further, prices will continue to plummet.

Dennis,
That car was very rare and super expensive new and will still be very
expensive to buy, even at wholesale.  The numbers I looked up were over
$100K for cars with teen mileage, more for lower mileage examples.
