Here is a list of the hose sizes and lengths that I used when I did my 80 
carded gtb euro last winter. Use these sizes and lengths only as a start. I am 
sure some things will have changed over the years (especially those with the 
fuel system). 

I used some 1.5" silicon tubing I purchased from Rutlands to make the small 
coolant couplers. It was exspensive at something like $40 a foot, but I only 
want to do it once. I also replaced every hose clamp with aba smooth style 
clamps (about $250 worth of clamps). Everything said and done replacing EVERY 
hose on the car except for the air horn line and the water drain out of the AC 
I think it came close to $1000 for everything (not cheep but need to be done, 
most hose were still original).
