Unfortunately, there are federal laws against selling merchandise appealing to 
those under 18 years of age that carry tobacco marking.  However, occasionaly 
eBay has F1 cars 18:1 which have them and there has also been decal kits to add 
such ads to the cars.   So, try eBay but understand the ban.  Also try your 
local Ferrari dealer who usually have a botique area with Marlboro marked 
stuff.
