Dear Brian,

In an effort to avoid any and all types of chaffing, the T-shirt should be
doused with cool filtered water front to back whilst on the evaluee.  This
closes the pores of the skin, amongst other things to allow for proper
evaluation. (How this applies, I have no idea but it sounds good...:)
