I know a lot of you here use bidnip, and since it was created by our own list master, this seems like the place to ask this question ... (hey IMHO it's better than the dreaded watches/guns/cats) Anyway, I'm in the habit of when I seem something on ebay, I will enter the maximum I'm willing to pay through bidnip and forget about it. Twice in the past week, I've lost two items which had no bids, and my maximum, which was entered through bidnip was well above the initial price. For example, one item had an opening price of $35.00, no bids, and the amount I entered through bidnip was $55.00 or so. And I didn't win the item (in both cases there were no other bids and these items did not have a buy it now price). Is this something new that ebay is doing to prevent us from using sniping software, is it a glitch with bidnip, or am I missing something obvious? TIA, Jeff
