  What are their restrictions?  I want an agreed value policy on a car and be 
able to drive it when, and how, and how much I want.  I don't necessarily 
expect collector car insurance prices (which are low due to the restrictions), 
but I just want peace of mind that the insurance company won't consider that 
the purchase price of my 1939 Rolls-Royce was $13,000 back then, and now it has 
depreciated for 68 years....
