Ferrari Mailing List: OT: Colin McRae Rally 3 for PS2 system

Dear list,
        
Dear Gruppe,
        Very off topic for Ferraris, at least.  I've ordered and received (but 
not yet played, it's a Christmas gift for me) Colin McRae Rally 3 for the PS2 
system.  Unfortunately, it didn't come with a game manual.  Fortunately, I 
downloaded one.  Unfortunately, it's for the PC version (game controls). I did 
get in touch with the manufacturer (Codemasters) but after checking, they found 
that not only don't they have a PS2 manual in pdf format, they don't even have 
any hard copies (and I agreed to pay them what they asked before they found out 
they have 0 stock).  
        So, does anyone out there have a manual that they could shoot a copy of 
and scan or copy and send me the game control pages?  Or know where I could get 
one?  I did Google it, and sent an email to a likely source, but no response at 
all.
