It appears that in your area, the underwriters are looking to insure 
vehicles that
are not driven often as classic cars... A car that is driven every 
weekend, is
more of a pleasure vehicle, and driving the vehicle every weekend, 
apparently
is more exposure than they wish to handle...   It appears that in your 
area, a
classic car is more of a SHOW car..  one that sits in a garage 96% of 
the time..
So.. classic car coverage IS available.. but whether or not your driving 
habits
meet their restrictions is clearly  in doubt.
