There's a DVD called "In Car 956" where Derek Bell is running on the great 
tracks of Europe and Japan.
LeMans, Nurburgring (the old, long track), Silverstone and 3 others (IIRC) 
including the F1 track in Japan.  About an hour of in car footage -
It's widely available - eBay almost always has them for sale.

Also, the 2004 LeMans Classic had a DVD published which covers the racing 
and on the "Extra/Special Stuff Section" they had 4 or 5 vehicles with in 
car cameras doing several laps each  - there's no dialogue, just the music 
of the engine.  I'll need to watch it again to refresh my memory of which 
cars are shown but it's quite a few.    Very good in car footage -  check

Shopping.  That's the only place I've seen it for sale - I bought my copy 
from them and it arrived in about a week - pretty fast considering it came 
from France to USA.

There's also a video of the 2003 Mille Miglia Classic.  Not as much in car 
stuff with engine sounds but lots of video of some *really* beautiful racing 
cars of the 50s, 60s, 70s and earlier -

There was a "Supercar Rally 2003" held in France that followed the Tour de 
France route with exotic supercars being driven as fast as possible on open 
roads.

There are 2 videos of classic Tour de France Rallys - one in 96 and another 
in 99 or 2000 - I'll find my copy today and confirm the year - lots of 
classic sports cars on public roads and race tracks.
