For that type of money you can get a 328 which is a much better car than any 
308 ever was !

Depends on the qualitly of the car!
For a cheaper car I will have to budget spending more on it when I get it 
here... if I pay a higher price I will hope to keep the costs to bring it up 
to a good standard lower... so I am working on a range of 25 to 35USD 
depending on any number of variables.... :)
