It's not easy. You can find the file in your Internet Explorer temp file folder, ending with ".flv". Copy it out of there, and use an FLV viewer program to watch it (do a google search, you'll find several). Alternatively, there are a few programs that will re-encode the video into another format, like .avi or other popular formats. You can then embed in ppt.
