Erin's new car (2001 BMW E38) is WAY hard to keep under the speed limit. It
was designed to put 4 people in it (VERY comfortably) and scream from one
European town to a meeting in another. I've set the DING on the on-board
computer to remind her when she hits 90. She keeps asking me to turn it off.

Always getting at the real issues at hand...

For all this talk about speed kills I can't recall the last time I remember
reading or hearing about a speed related crash or death, but constantly am
bombarded with news of drunk driving massacres and ppl falling asleep at the
wheel......

FG

ps - Sad thing is that 101 and 280 really are conducive and designed for
high speed driving.....much more so than anything in the tri-state NY/NJ/CT
area where I drive.
