Rent a Biozone Powerzone for a night or two.

Buying one is probably not worth it unless you are in the car detailing 
business or you date a lot of damn hot chicks who smoke in your car and 
you let it slide...

Google the name and you'll find some online stores.

Works great in closets and for other industrial strength decontamination 
work.
