You can add an aftermarket exhaust to the NSX and greatly improve the sound. I really think any car needs that. My ex 355 was WAY too quiet at idle, as is the Diablo 6.0L I just picked up. At full throttle they sound great, but far too quiet at idle. You guys have a chance to get a load of the AMG pace cars at the Indy F1 races? I have no idea what mods they do on those but they sound fantastic.

The first NSX I saw was on the 101 Freeway in Thousand Oaks - Ohhhhh, coooool. I roll down the window and pull up behind it to listen and I hear Yeah, Nuthin. From then on, it was a neat look wanna be. Might as well have been one of those tin colored things from a few years ago.

Our little 1971 911T Porsche is a light, nimble, point and shooter. The 1982 911SC is a cruiser. The 78GTS is in-between.
