   Speaking of CSI -- evidently there is something happening in the world 
of Prosecutions and Jury Trials -called the CSI Effect - : some jurors are 
looking for much more evidence than the prosecution can provide - or *need* 
to provide in light of other evidence presented.  But some jurors want to 
see the kind of stuff they see on TV - they don't realize DNA evidence takes 
3-12 months in some cases as opposed to the 2-30 min as shown on TV. ;-)

   If the jurors dont see detailed forensic evidence they are seeing 
"reasonable doubt" and declaring them not guilty.  They must not understand 
all cities (any?) can afford to put 2-8 full time technicians on each felony 
case and allow them to spend weeks or more working on it.
