1.  82k miles means that the price will take a hit.  But as many out here
will tell you, that should not deter you from considering it, as a
high-mileage but PROPERLY MAINTAINED 308 with that mileage can be a great
deal.  And $9k in the last 30 days seems to indicate that he had a major
service done, so check the records.  

2.  "I am selling my 308 because I am moving to the Carolina coast, and will
not have a place to store the car."  Yeah - clearly, he didn't want to take
the chance of getting hit by that crazy Carolina driver, Charles Perry....

3.  The "clyDe" price for this car is probably $22k-$24k.  The "Brian" price
is probably $35k-$37k.  My WAG would be $27k-$29k.  If the deal actually
goes through on eBay, maybe the auction ends at $30k.
