   Good idea Ken!  Not sure what's driving Mosley to suggest his latest 
changes to the rule book.  Perhaps Ecclestones billion $$ bank account & I 
assume Max M is no longer wondering where his next meal will come from - 
perhaps with full bank accts they have forgotten what the spectators are 
paying nearly a months wages to see?

   I wonder how long the sponsors will stick around when the spectators 
start drifting away?
