The Delco is under powered for the application. Have the rebuild shop up it
to around 140 amp and you will be fine. Heard of a couple guys doing this
on f-chat and it works.

Subject: [Ferrari] Ferrari rebuilt alternators

I have an 89 Mondial and it looks like the rebuilt alternator went.
Talked to a couple of shops and there seems to be a consensus that
rebuilt alternators fail more often than not but I couldn't get any whys.
I pulled it and it has a delco that was rebuilt about a year ago.
Any Ideas on this would be appreciated
