The Delco is under powered for the application. Have the rebuild shop up it to around 140 amp and you will be fine. Heard of a couple guys doing this on f-chat and it works. -----Original Message----- From: cdatte [at] spawar.navy.mil [mailto:cdatte [at] spawar.navy.mil] Sent: Monday, June 04, 2007 5:44 PM To: dave [at] davehanda.com Cc: The FerrariList Subject: [Ferrari] Ferrari rebuilt alternators I have an 89 Mondial and it looks like the rebuilt alternator went. Talked to a couple of shops and there seems to be a consensus that rebuilt alternators fail more often than not but I couldn't get any whys. I pulled it and it has a delco that was rebuilt about a year ago. Any Ideas on this would be appreciated _________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe or modify your subscription options, please visit: http://lists.ferrarilist.com/mailman/options/ferrari/dave%40davehanda.com Sponsored by BidNip.com eBay Auction Sniper http://www.BidNip.com/ and F1 Headlines http://www.F1Headlines.com/
