I've shipped my Mondial to Houston twice.  Both times
I just called Ferrari and asked for a recommendation. 
The second time was with a commercial carrier for
about 1/2 the cost I could negociate.  The first time
a bright red Ferrari semi arrived chocked full of the
just-released 360 berlinettas.  Sure made the
neighborhood look good. :-)
