From the pics that I've seen, there are just outer ends, no inner.   There is 
an FChat thread right now on rebuilding a 75GT4 rack in the 3x8 section.

Here's the problem(s).
 I have a customer that has a problem with his steering rack in a 75 308 GT4. 
I have not removed the rack (yet) to see what is worn out but if it's put 
together like a 'normal' steering rack, it needs a left INNER tie rod end.
  Ferrari does not supply this part...only with a complete rack assembly. 
Trouble is the rack has been discontinued from Ferrari. At least that's what 
the dealer tells me. (of course this is the same dealer that says the GT4 
rack and the 308 rack are different)
  My rebuilder has a 308 rack ready as an exchange. It does not come with 
the inner tie rod ends and they can't supply them either.
 Â So....a rebuilt rack is of no use to me unless it has the inner tie rod 
ends attached.
 My parts book does not show an 'exploded' view of the rack. Question: Does 
this rack even HAVE inner tie rod ends, or is this play due to the elusive, 
NLA, super secret 'bushing' only.
 Inquiring minds need to know.
 I can remove the box, tear it apart and have machined any thing necessary, but 
if the stuff is available out there it will be quicker and cheaper to just buy 
it. I don't like the thought of having a customers car dead on one of my 
lifts for the next couple of weeks looking or trying to have made, a simple 
part or two.

Michael, Did they also tell you that there is a bushing that needs to be 
replaced that is NLA? It is simple to have one machined, or there is a guy on 
FChat who made several when he did one for his rack. I'm getting one from him
