Go to www.kingsborne.com.  They sell finished sets for 200 dollars and use Beru 
parts.  I have a set On my 355 identical to factory with same Beru connectors 
on each end

Hi listers,

has anyone here ever bought good quality ignition cable by the meter (or
feet) , like Magnecor or Beru ?

The European web site and contact listed are not willing to sell me the
cable alone, just the complete set.
At around 450 euros for a set, I will do it myself, thank you ! (Done it
before, but the cable I've used wasn't that good ...)
