They sell a very popular roll cage mount.  They also used to sell a
windshield mount, but I don't see it on their site right now.  Maybe call
and ask.  I've used both with great results.
 
Though for a gearhead like you, I'm surprised you haven't just bought a
bullet/helmet cam, and hooked that up to an input on your video cam.  We've
mounted them in the front grill, along a front fender, pointed backwards, on
the driver's helmet, etc.  Very cool video.
 
And if you get fancy, you can get multiple cameras and sync them to one
recording device, get some 2-way or 4-way action.  And dub sound in from
your helmet, so we can all hear you saying, "ohhhh, shhhhhhheeeeeeeeeet"
(wait, I forgot, you're like Mitt, let me amend - "oooooooohhhhh
douuuuuuble hockeyyyyyy-stiiiiiiiiickkkkkkssss!")
