This is what all of the press leaks were referring to yesterday. It was reported that although only McLaren were invited to the WMSC hearing but that Ferrari have confirmed their attendance. I read most of this on Grandprix.com and the ITV website. If this is the case does it not stand to reason that the drivers at this point should be penalized along with the constructor? Alonso in full knowledge of the information and LH following FA's set up as reported? What a shame as it is great fun to see LH doing so well. Sad to see the WDC decided on the green table if this is the case.

On the SpeedTV broadcast of practice at Monza today they are saying the FIA has an e-mail between Pedro de la Rosa and Fernando discussing Ferrari suspension setup secrets as relayed by Stepney. Drivers to testify next Thursday. This is better than the OJ trial.
