Wait a minute. It depends on that the word 'expelled' means. Does this mean 
that McLaren can astill field a team but score no points in the Constructors' 
Championship, or does it mean that the team isw 'expelled' from competing? We 
better ask Slick Willie what the word 'is' is first.
