Hey Jim: Rumor has it that in the 1970's, a certain police department in the 
L.A, area used it's chopper with it's 200 gazillion candle power searchilght to 
drive the deer down from the hills at night so that an officer down below could 
supply the main course for our Sunday afternoon venison pit BBQs. It is also 
rumored that a plate with the meat,Âcole slaw, BBQ beans, and Texas toast, 
washed down with a few cups of keg beer was a real 'attitude adjuster.'

I had a buddy who had a Bronco II that was pristine.   We had crazy fun in that 
hing!!!!!
he owner before him had aircraft landing lights mounted to the top for spotting 
eer, he would not sell those with the truck...... I could just imagine the look

hat idea got killed as soon as I drove a prospective candidate in LA. It was a 
ed downdraft model in pristine condition. 
It, well, drove like a truck...not so exciting. Until I can daily entertain the 
dea of going 100mph in sand, I'm going to move it down on my "Must Have" list.
I'd agree with Dennis, the Jeep has a legacy. And a lot of ex-fratboys love 
heir Toyota FJ40s. I'd take a roofless Bronco anyday of the week though.

Seriously, there are probably quite a few folks who have posters of the
ayenne Turbo S on their walls (and don't get started on that, PLEASE).
This is aside from the cult of Jeepdom (Wranglers, that is).
