Add Graham Hill to that list -- remember when his wing collapsed at the Spanish 
GP?  Almost killed him and led to change in regulations making the supports for 
rear wings much stronger.   They were so fragile back then - being held on 
little thin stands with wire supports.  

Sometimes the good old days weren't so good -
