Formula One's  obvious, and soon-to-come solution is to do what  
NASCAR does. Make 'em all the same except for the paint job. When  
there is no intellect, there is no intellectual property to steal.  
You could have the FOT ( Ferrari Of Tomorrow), that would be the red  
one, and the MOT which would be silver and so on.
