LOL  Not nearly as bad as (HUGE) generators outside your tent in 140 degree
heat with mortars raining down... Tends to affect your sleep patterns a
bit... but, not nearly as much as you'd think.  You eventually get to the
point where you wake up, check to see if they're walking the mortars closer
to or away from your position, and if they're getting further away you just
pull your pillow over your head and go to sleep.  If they're getting closer
you either a) sleep under your cot and hope the short t-barriers (about 3
feet high) stop any shrapnel if it hits close, or b) go to one of the
shelters and sleep in it and hope a mortar doesn't land by the open sides.
