Which brings me to my other question - how are they dealing with the
inspection process? I guess they must've gotten the cooperation of the
city/county because around here the entire build time would pass between
when you asked for each inspection (framing, plumbing, electrical,
insulation, etc) and when the inspector actually scheduled a visit (let
alone got you the paperwork back)...
