Yes, but didn't most of them have A/C due to that ventilation issue albeit

They leak (air and water), they provide little or no ventilation, they're
not big enough to be able to easily stick your hands through at a mcdonalds
drive through (or toll gates etc etc)
And worst of all, they scratch!....badly
