Hi Wade,
   Very sorry to hear your wife was hurt.  There's few words that can 
provide comfort when our spouse is injured.   While her injuries are bad, 
things could have been much worse.  While the doctors were not overly 
encouraging about her regaining the use of her hand there are advances being 
made all the time which may benefit her.

   Of course we will pray for her swift and complete recovery.  You need to 
take care of yourself during this time also - it's very easy to sleep too 
little, eat too little and become ill yourself.
