As part of an extensive overhaul, my 1978 308 GTS was converted to MSD  
single-distributor electronic ignition by Ferraris and More, 3209 S. Shiloh 
Rd.,  
Suite D, Garland, TX 972-965-7388 (_crustynail [at] yahoo.com_ 
(mailto:crustynail [at] yahoo.com) ). It uses a Ford cap  and Chrysler pickup 
in the old distributor. I 
get 18-22 MPG on regular gas and  it runs great. I have driven it 2300 miles 
since May. I like the newer models,  but I love this one.
