Top Gear is the BBC program, 1 hour commercial free and on Sundays  nights 
here in the UK. Has Clarkson/Hammond/May as presenters.
 
5th Gear is 1 hour show Mondays from Channel Four, a Commercial station and  
is sort of a knock-off of the Top Gear Series. Top Gear use to be on 
commercial  stations, it was dumped in about 2000 and the presenters split up. 
BBC took 
up  the format and Clarkson went there. Much of the rest of the crew went to 
Channel  Four and the new show is called 5th gear (been on about 4 years). 
That clip of  the Smart Car is about 3-4 years old. 5th Gear has 
Tiff/Vicky/Jason 
Plato (all  racing drivers), Tom Ford (Top Gear magazine writer) and others.

Reason I  called it the Top Gear crash test was because the guy who sent me 
the URL said  it was from Top Gear.
