I like the idea of a tech session but there aren't any local Ferrari specific garages near Memphis (independent or localized). The closest authorized is at St. Louis Bentley Maserati. Foreign Cars Italia participates in our Father's Day Show by bringing Ferrari schwag (sp.?) and a few new vehicles but I doubt they would spare a mechanic for the event.
