It is open only to 308 powered automobiles:

308 GTB/GTS/GTBi/GTSi/Quattrovalvole
Dino 308 GT/4
Mondial 8, Quattrovalvole (but not 3.2, and 3.4t)
Lancia Thema Saloon
Sbarro Super Eight
Cizeta-Moroder V16T

Special exceptions have been made to allow 208 powered variants to
join, and Dennis Liu, ESQ. is using his legal connections to get an
exemption to allow the 288 GTO & F40 to join.

Sam Sapienza might also be granted an exemption for his Fiat X1/9 on
the basis of it being half a 308 motor.
