Yes, you can get repeaters installed inside buildings.  Corning does it in
several buildings.  The steel frames act as faraday cages and effectively
block cell service.

I can get further info if needed - the offices of the guys who manage the
cell phones are about twenty feet away from my office.

Consider also t-mobile's seamless WiFi-to-Cellular service (dunno how
t-mobile's coverage in your area is, however).
