Good morning Ken, et al., As you all know, I am in the oil and gas exploration business. I see "supply" every day. You guys see "demand" every day. Its a goofy business and never seems to be in balance. Here's my great fear; Some day, some politician - perhaps even a female candidate heading for the '08 election - will realize that they can convince the general (uneducated) public that the oil and gas industry is "strategic" and therefore best regulated by the government. That scares the $#!t out of me! And not because I am in the business (I am going to retire soon.) but rather, because NOTHING that the government has ever regulated has ever been improved by the process! Please send your two-cent-fee for this info to Ken. He needs to buy some Italian iron... rick - a.k.a. Ken's Houston friend. :-) PS: FWIW, there is only ONE solution outside of forced genocide: nuclear. --- ken rentiers <rentiers [at] mac.com> wrote: > " Gasoline would rise in price as supply > far exceeded demand." > > oops!
