Guys, ALL of these drivers have two functions
(minimum);  They are wildly competitive people and
they are circus performers.  Please remember that some
of the most successful sportsmen have been absolute
jerks, and the public loves to watch them.  Did
Stepneygate hurt F1?  No.  Everyone tuned in to see
what would happen!  I think JP knows that this is his
chosen career, not his life.  He's making tons of
money and could have retired ages ago.  Same with all
the F1 drivers (and I'm sure, the other racers). 
Bashful Bernie once stated that the first thing he did
was to make every F1 driver a millionaire.

We all are tempted to bash competitors - especially
when they are not on our team.  We're all imperfect. 
ClYde is not a biggot, as may have been implied.  He's
a smart, good hearted loud mouth!  And we like him. 
I'm the techno-weenie jerk that can't keep his nose
out of other people's business.  Uhhh, I guess I
should sign off now...
