Thanks to all those who helped, I got some. I appreciate everybody's
comments about other oils but let me tell you for a fact that AMSOIL keeps
my engine 40/60 degrees cooler on a hot track day than Mobile, or Agip. Us
old guys tend to stick with what works, especially after the mechanic said
my engine was clean as a whistle after 50K miles. I ran Agip exclusively
until I discovered AMSOIL and then one time couldn't get AMSOIL and needed a
quickie oil change so I used Mobile, thus the reason for comparison.

I also appreciate the info regarding additives in new oil and old. Why do
companies try to screw you? A long time ago you could buy MilSpec 1 (I
believe that's what it's called) by the quart for $5/6 until gun and others
people found out about it and started using it to lube guns, etc. now they
sell it for $5/6 an oz and no more quarts for sale in the service stations,
etc.

Thanks,

Robert Rehkopf
