Yup, I own an 03 disco too.

I've used both Rovers North and Atlantic British.

I just met Steve Springer this past weekend, at an open house i had at  
my shop with the local FCA and Alfa club, who is the owner of Atlantic  
British who happens to own a Ferrari.

You should be able to find them both on the web ... LMK if you need

If you are replacing a window regulator, make sure that the plastic  
piece that limits the downward travel of the window isn't broken,  
otherwise it will chew up and spit out the regulator pretty quickly.

LMK if you need any other help, I know quite a bit about these.
