"... and 355's are worthless right now!"

I know! I found a great one at the same price I could buy a 348 for two
years ago. And that was with a 99% PPI result!

Ok lets look at it rationally hereThe 348 was in fact the worst 3 series
car that Ferrari ever made It has and still does have the most service
bulletins known to man for acar!It almost bankrupt Ferrari NA with
recalls etc.Worst problem was melting tail lamps from engine heat! It
gets worst fromthere and lets not talk about buying a water pump for
this Italian whore!
So now that you have that back round this is an 18 year old car right
now.Lets see $2k [at] yr for 18 yrs= $36k off the top of what ever they are
askingTake in to account it's a 348 and you have to crank in at least
another $5kfor a total of $41k off the topIt is what it is!
Here is the bottom line the wholesale "clyde" price on that car is in
the$20's $25k if you have a hard on for it; but any more than that and
like Ialways say "its your money"We just had a lister buy a 550 for a
"clyde" price and with the market theway it is right now this guy should
be paying you to take a 348 off hishands.I know there are skeptics out
there who still don't believe that cars can behad at that price but it
is done every day.Your best buy in the Ferrari market right now is a 575
They can be had for $100k 360's are falling and 355's are worthless
right now !All the best

OK
What is the latest "clyde"(tm) pricing on a 348ts? mileage ~40k 1990
MY.
With a recent engine out? Without?
Anyone want to offer an opinion here? At this point I am not sure I
want to even go look at the car... Pretty sure I don't.
But really how much would someone pay for that?
If you were to get a PPI done in the Chicago area where would you go for
a trustworthy look at it?
(and yes the M3 is sold... and yes I will likely regret that later also
as I miss all of my former fun cars, not sure which M3 I will miss
more).
Mike
