Only proposed so far.  Monitoring could only be done between any two collection 
points - I294,I88,I355.  If 94 doesn't have two points, you just can't.  I 
guess you can get it from I94 to I294 somewhere.  Maybe all the way to 355.  I 
wouldn't put it past our DOT.  Remember the corruption scandal years ago?  They 
had the opportunity to raise tolls but said no thanks.  We're collecting 
enough...
