Nice pic Jenkins, I too had the pleasure of meeting him briefly at the USGP 2000. He was an amazing driver and a real hero even for someone like me who wasn't alive during his career. I admired him not only for his F1 championship with Ferrari or his multiple Le Mans wins but for his colorful writing in Road and Track. Once in Seattle, and once at the Indy F1 race in 2000. When I took this picture, I was walking by a trailer at the Seattle historic races, and he was sitting all by himself on the steps a trailer. I walked over and said "Mr. Hill?" He was very nice, and we chatted for about 10 minutes. I was shocked that nobody else around seemed to care who he was. SteveJ
