In that realm I love the newer SuperAmerica, but it's quite a premium
over a regular 575 for an open top and a hair more power...

Steve, you have a wonderful collection of cars.  The thing that strikes
me as "missing" from your collection of Ferraris is a front engine V12
model.
You suggested the 575, a fantastic car.  I might also suggest the 550
Barchetta or a Daytona (Spyder or not).
