Ayep - that's what I did with our 78 308GTS that had been sitting thru the 
winter on a MN dealers lot before we rescued her.  The shame of it all.  Key 
would hang up - spritzed it, or I should say, spruzzato è, and all has been 
well for the last 10 years.
