So if by some weird chance Obama does get elected (insert personal opinion
here, ex: "God Forbid"), does that mean The White House will be shown on MTV
Cribs?

Larry and the other republicans on the list, please don't worry about Tom. And Tom, I am sorry to have to tell you that your vote will likely not count. I am not trying to be mean at all, Tom you know I love you man. But, you see, Oklahoma is about as red as red states get. http://www.electoral-vote.com/ According to recent poling, Oklahoma is 64% for McCain and 34% for Obama (one of the highest predicted margins of victory in the nation). So, in roughly 30 days, Oklahoma will almost certainly give all 7 of its votes to McCain.Sorry Tom, you are in a minority for the state in which you live. So, basedon the way that we currently elect a president, your vote will not count. I believe the electoral college has long outlived its usefulness, but that doesn't matter because this is the system that will be used to elect the next president. We know virtually nothingabout him except what he's told us - and people can say whatevere they wantif they never have to produce anything to backup their claims. He says he wants to change things - but we don't know how he will accomplish that - he has no experience accomplishing anything - no track record. As far the smart people around him - a couple were at the top of theFannie and Freddie fiasco - others are equally guilty of having questionablebackgrounds. As far as the 2 at the tops of Freddie and Fannie - they walked away with over $103 mill + and when taken to civil court they were fined $3 mil and federal insurance paid the fine - IOW, us taxpayers paid the fine. As far as the democrats who are supposedly working to fix the problem - they're the ones who caused the problem by pushing the lending instutitions to make loans so that virtually anyone could buy a home - it wasn't the lending institutions giving their money away - the govt was pushing them to. Do you think the banks *wanted* to go out of business? There were even loans of 125% of the value! Banks know what happens whenpeople borrow more than they can repay - which is why they have requirementslike 10-20% down. That was waived - at the govts insistance - liberal democrats who said *everyone* should be able to own a home - seems being able to pay for the loan wasn;t their concern. I guaranty you if a republican was even peripherally involved he'd be brought in front ofcongress to testify about how he cheated and lied. doesn;t happen when demsare the guilty party. His name would be the only one you;d see in the press. And the media doesn't see fit to investigate dems or their backrounds. because they are liberals themselves and are unable to act professionally and ethically. (not you bubba)Obama is another cog in the chicago political machine - pushing others asideso he runs unopposed then once in office he very seldom votes and when hedoes its often as "Present". He doesn't speak well - he reads well and hasarticulate speech writers.. shall I go on?
