You've really be happy the next time you're working on sime metric beauty and a 6mm nut rolls out of sight - never to see the light of day again - and then you see those boxes of assortments and walk over, open the right box and see off to the left a little compartment containing 6mm nuts with lock washers. etc -

You'll say yahoooo and continue -

Thanks everyone for the tips on metric Hardware. I picked up three
assortments from Bolt Depot. They ranged from about $37 to about $74 and
contain roughly 20 ea. of  each class/size of fastenerr. They arrived
yesterday.They are nicely packaged and a good value. The packs fit nicely in
the old IBM Card pull-out file cabinet that I use for storing small
hardware. I got it for $10 on surplus from the laboratory where I worked at
the time. Asside from economical dry storage, it would make an impressive
boat anchor.  Thanks again.
